In a study published in Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology, we demostrated that human amniotic membrane homogenate significantly decreased the adhesion, growth, and proliferation of human bladder invasive and papillary cancer urothelial cells, while it did not affect normal urothelial cells in various in vitro models.
